The Editor-in-Chief is the most senior editor and has overall responsibility for the journal. In addition to carrying out the administrative responsibilities of the journal, the Editor-in-Chief has the final say in decisions regarding journal content, resolution of complaints or appeals and final decision of the reviewed manuscripts.

Associate Editors

The team of associate editors is responsible for researching topics for editorials, planning editorial calendars as well as carrying out the primary evaluation of the manuscript for journal suitability. In addition, they serve as liaisons with authors, reviewers and other board members, coordinating peer review. They also perform developmental editing and proof check on the manuscripts.  These are the Deputy Editor and Assistant Editor.
